Pacomelt GmbH – officially Didolff und Joisten PACOMELT GmbH – has been a family-owned business based in Niederzier, in the Düren district, for over 35 years. What began as a small workshop is today a reliable partner for industrial packaging, trusted for decades by customers in the hot-melt adhesive industry, the food industry, and beyond.
A compact, close-knit team
We are ten permanent employees plus temporary staff at a single site – short distances, direct contacts, no anonymous hotline. Everyone on our team knows the materials and processes we work with every day in detail.
The company is led by Jürgen Joisten and Marie-Christine Aparicio, with Matthias Bolder as plant manager overseeing day-to-day operations.
