Sticky, hot-flowing substances like hot-melt adhesives pose a problem for any standard container: how do you get the contents back out cleanly afterwards – without residue, and without destroying the packaging itself?

The Separatainer

Our Separatainer is built to solve exactly that problem. It’s a well-known name in the hot-melt adhesive industry – because it does what other packaging can’t: release its contents completely and without residue, exactly when it matters.

The Separatainer is rated up to 200°C and designed for materials that are simply too sticky, too hot, or too aggressive for conventional packaging: hot-melt adhesives (HMA), pressure-sensitive hot-melt adhesives (HMPSA), waxes, bitumen, and even chewing gum base.

Available sizes

From 0.5 to 93 litres – suitable for laboratory quantities, sample fills and industrial bulk containers alike. Get in touch if you need non-standard sizes.
